As the European Union works to accelerate the digital and green transition, we need fresh solutions to nurture digital talent. ALL DIGITAL, HUAWEI, with the support of EY, have investigated the digital skills gap in the EU.

· What are the main challenges faced by the industry and European youth?
· What are the policy and industry responses?
· How can we identify areas where stakeholders can play a role in the next decade?

The Launch Event “The Clock is Ticking: Digital Skills for a Digital Europe” took place on the 27th of April in Brussels at the magnificent Solvay Library. Representatives from the EU institutions, civil society, private sector, Member States, and international organizations, gathered to exchange views and ideas on how to fill the digital skills gap.
